Es sollte schon ein stabiles Ger\u00e4t sein, da der Teig sehr fest wird. Wer das nicht hat, dem bleibt wohl nur das anstrengende Kneten von Hand. Wenn der Teig fertig ist, parken wir diesen f\u00fcr ca. 1 Stunde im K\u00fchlschrank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit k\u00fcmmern wir uns um die F\u00fcllung: Die Birne wird gesch\u00e4lt und in sehr feine W\u00fcrfel geschnitten, der Knoblauch fein gehackt und der Gorgonzola in eine Sch\u00fcssel gebr\u00f6selt. Danach werden alle Zutaten f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung mit einer Gabel gut miteinander vermengt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Nudelteig rollen wir in der Nudelmaschine auf die Einstellung sechs aus. Wer keine hat, bem\u00fcht das Nudelholz mit viel Kraft. F\u00fcr die Herstellung der Ravioli sind verschiedene Werkzeuge m\u00f6glich. Da ich eine gro\u00dfe Form habe, habe ich zwei Teel\u00f6ffel F\u00fcllung je St\u00fcck verwendet. Ich lasse das Wasser nicht kochen, damit die Nudeltaschen nicht auseinanderfallen.
