Nun die Kartoffeln mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug aush\u00f6hlen. Die Zucchini waschen, halbieren, mit einem L\u00f6ffel die Kerne entfernen und raspeln. Die Lauchzwiebeln in feine Ringe schneiden. Knoblauch, Chili, Kr\u00e4uter und getrocknete Tomaten fein hacken. Knoblauch, Chili und die Zucchini kurz anbraten. Eine Auflaufform mit Oliven\u00f6l einfetten und die Kartoffeln hineinlegen. Die K\u00e4sescheibe obendrauf und ab in den Backofen.
