Dazu haben wir uns einer der drei Seilbahnen in Genua bedient: Die Strecke nach Righi wurde schon vor 1900 gebaut und startet mitten in der Stadt. Wir haben jetzt nicht den kompletten Ablauf einer italienischen Mahlzeit geschafft, aber zumindest Primo und Secundo und der Gatte schaffte selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auch noch ein Tiramisu. Gerade die Tagliata war absolut auf den Punkt und der Polpo mit Speck war absolut k\u00f6stlich. Die Tagliata di Manzo kam mit einer Art Pommes des Weges, ich dachte die italienischen K\u00f6che beherrschen nur Pasta \u2013 aber nein, sie k\u00f6nnen auch Patate.
