Dieser schmeckt auf Pane und l\u00e4sst sich sehr gut zum Kochen verwenden. Ich nutze ihn h\u00e4ufiger beim Kochen und ersetze zum Beispiel bei meiner Pizzak\u00e4se-Mischung den Parmesan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Creme ist eine tolle Erg\u00e4nzung zu diversen Vorspeisen und schmeckt auch sehr gut auf Brot. Im gut sortierten italienischen Supermarkt ist auch B\u00fcffelbutter zu bekommen. Die Milch zugie\u00dfen und unter st\u00e4ndigem Umr\u00fchren aufkochen lassen.
