Einen Fladen satt mit Pesto bestreichen, zum Rand ein bis zwei Zentimeter frei lassen. Den Weichk\u00e4se in die Mitte setzen. Den zweiten Fladen auflegen und mit einer Gabel andr\u00fccken. Zum Servieren den \u201eDeckel\u201c abschneiden. Die \u201eStrahlen\u201c abbrechen, um den K\u00e4se wie bei einem K\u00e4sefondue zu dippen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer mag, peppt das gekaufte Pesto noch mit Rucola und Basilikum auf oder macht es komplett selbst (z. B. <a href=\"https:\/\/schmackofaz.de\/?p=426\">Pesto aus Radieschenbl\u00e4ttern<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man kann dieses Rezept auch etwas abwandeln \u2013 z. B. mit kleineren Camemberts und diese dann als Einzelportion verpacken. Mit drei Portionen habe ich es schon ausprobiert, dazu wird die Teigmenge dann gedrittelt und der K\u00e4se kreativ eingeh\u00fcllt.
