Den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und ebenfalls klein schneiden, auch der Parmesan wird in kleine St\u00fccke geschnitten. Sonnenblumen- und Pinienkerne werden in einer Pfanne ohne \u00d6l so lange ger\u00f6stet bis sie anfangen zu duften. Alle Zutaten in ein hohes Gef\u00e4\u00df geben und mit dem P\u00fcrierstab so lange bearbeiten, bis die typische Konsistenz von Pesto erreicht ist. Danach in kleine Gl\u00e4ser abf\u00fcllen, mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l bedecken und im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren. Ich stelle das Pesto meist in das 0\u00b0-Fach, darin h\u00e4lt es sich dann bis zu zwei Wochen. Dieses Pesto schmeckt nicht nur zu Nudeln, man kann es auch gut auf Brot essen oder zum Dippen verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
