Nun ist es an der Zeit, auch noch etwas Ruhe zu tanken. Mit dieser Prozedur haben wir heute begonnen und sind nach dem sp\u00e4ten Aufstehen an den den Spiaggia is Arutas (Reiskornstrand) gegangen. Diesen haben wie in Kapitel zwei schon einmal erw\u00e4hnt und einen weiteren Besuch angek\u00fcndigt, um einen Test unter der Woche zu machen. Das Fazit: Es ist dort nur etwas weniger voll, aber genau so sch\u00f6n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"590\" dort so rumlag und die Quarzsteinchen ansah, kam mir der Gedanke, ob die kleinen Kieselsteine vielleicht die Inspiration f\u00fcr eine bekannte sardische Nudelsorte (Fregola oder auch Fregula) sein
